Ask A Question or Provide Feedback regarding Agape Motif Ring in Sterling SilverQuestion: I was recently given this ring as a Christmas gift. I was given a size 6, however, I would fit into a size six and a half better. I can get the receipt from the individual, but I just was curious if you carried half sizes at all, because a 7 would be too big. If not, I can just get it stretched in a jewelry shop. The ring's barcode number 670690-415-06-6. Thank you for your thoughts.
Answer: We dont carry half sizes, and the reason is that the manufacturers dont make them. If your ring is silver, it can be sized, and you can go to a professional jeweler for that. However, silver is difficult to size and you will need to make sure the jeweler is well versed in sizing silver. Typically it costs more than the ring cost to have it sized. You could try going for a 7 and using a plastic spacer that can be picked up at at one of your local jewelry stores. The spacers help the ring stay on your finger, but they are not a perfect solution. For further assistance, contact our customer service team.
