Answer: Unopened products can be returned provided the seals are not broken. If you have opened the seal, then for hygenic reasons we can not accept returns. If you have a customer service issue with the product after it has been opened, then please call us and we will do our best to work with the manufacturer to address your issue.
Question: I would like to know if these products are availale in South Africa.
Answer: We do not currently ship to the African Continent. Unfortunately we are not cognizant of the situtation with regard to other retailers and this product's availability in the Africa.
Question: On line there are a number of sources that say vinpocetine can cause rapid heartbeat and anxiety. Are there both natural and synthetic forms, and does this make a difference in possible side effects?

Question: if you are out of stock..when can we order or why cant we pre-order so you will ship when you get the item back in stock?
Answer: We only sell items online that are actively in stock. However if you would like to place a backorder, you can contact our customer care number at 888-433-3788 and ask to place a backorder. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item comes into stock - as long as it comes into stock within the next 30 days.
Question: I have been looking on your page for over 2 months for smart caps and other of Valerie's prod and have found you are always out of stock. Why do you advertise if the products are always out? It gets frustrating.
Answer: It is very difficult to keep Dr Valerie's products in stock. Once we get a shipment, it can be several months before we can get another shipment in. We apologize for the inconvenience. The products sell out so fast, and the supply is so limited that it is a challenge to keep them in stock.
Question: could you recommend something that is safe and works for cleaning wax from ears?
Answer: Go to your pharmacy and ask for debrox.
