I had surgery in 2001 to replace a disintegrated disk. The pain has never gone away. I would like to purchase "Oh My Back," but I hesitate because of the glucosamine. Question: I have severe pain in my shoulder & it also feel like electrical impulses going doing down my arm and fingers. I have also have carpo tunnel in both hands. I had a back injury many tears ago, three spaces in my back I have little or no cartlidge I've been getting shot for many years they only last a little while and the pain resume Do you have any suggestions on how to deals with both problems, I'm on a fix income unable to spend much. thank you god bless.
