Answer: Simply insert the CD into your mac and follow the normal process for installing the software. If you run into difficulties, there will be a tollfree support number on the box. Call that number for personal assistance in getting your software installed.
Question: I bought QVBS at Life Way or Family Christian. I had to have my computer worked on and during that time I have misplaced the DVD and was wanting to know is there anything I can do shy of buying another one?
Answer: If you have the original purchase receipt you may be able to contact the manufacturer to see if they can send you a replacement. It would be up to their current customer service policies to determine if you are eligible for a replacement DVD or not, and that decision would be outside our control.
