Question: nearly every time i look for a word i get a message that it is not in the dictionary. For instant, admonish, which is a vital word in the bible
Answer: You will need to talk with the manufacturer to get a better understanding of the Bible's Dictionary and how it works. The technical support number for the manufacturer will be included in the packaging you received. Their trained representatives will be far more versed with the intricacies of using the device.
Question: I have a Franklin Bookman Electronic Holy Bible NIV #640 which I have had for several years. I would like to use it but need, I guess, a cartridge. Do you still have cartridges to fit this model. I am sorry I never used it but it got misplaced and I just found it. How can I make it useable? Thanks.
Answer: The cartridges have not been made for several years and we have not had them in stock since they sold out. They are no longer available. You can try secondhand sources, but to be honest we do not recommend putting any money into aging or previous generation electronics. We would suggest going with a NowBible or similar - technology has come so far in the last few years and the NowBibles are so much better than the old franklin bookman systems.
Question: How large is the font size and can you adjust it?
Answer: The font size is not adjustable and it is the size of a regular calculator. For more adjust-ability and features we suggest the nowbibles as being a higher grade product.
