| The Colors are not for skin color....The gold represent God an eternal life...The black Represents the sin that surrounds all men...The red represents the blood of christ...The white represents the us as believers, white as snow, pure, clean. and the green represents continued growth, ie reading the bible, fellowshipping with other believers , praying, etc.....not skin color folks...read the pamphlet that comes with the ball...God Bless | | | | um, what can i say... We used these and have found them to be very helpful.
I dont follow that the colors on the ball are supposed to be symbolic of the colors of peoples skin as the last person suggested. Otherwise you are going to run into problems explaining the green side as i dont know of any green skinned people (unless they are travel sick). The colors on the ball are supposed to be representative of ideals. Black and white, wrong and right - darkness and light. Still - if you are more concerned about being politically correct than in sharing the gospel, then maybe you have a point.
Anyway, the idea that the ball is based on skin color is rediculous. How many white people have suddenly had their skin turn black when they sinned and told a lie (it would be a great way to find out if your spouse had been unfaithful!). | i got confused how to share jesus with an African-american person because I told them that black was the color of sin. But their skin was black. did that mean they were sin?
