Well, this bible is more like an interpretation rather than a translation. In some cases the meaning in the text has changed. Example the NVI states "desearas a tu marido y el te dominará (YOU WILL CRAVE FOR YOUR HUSBAND AND HE WILL DOMINATE YOU)". THE WORDING USED IN HEBREW AS USED IN THIS TEXT, AND IN OTHER BIBLE TEXTS, IMPLIES THAT: EVE WILL TRY TO IMPOSE HER DESIRES ON HER HUSBAND, NEVERTHELESS ADAM WILL GOVERN EVE'. ANOTHER STATEMENT FOUND IN THIS BIBLE: "AND THE CHILDREN OF GOD MARRIED THE DAUGHTERS OF HUMANS" IN CONTRARY TO WHAT THE HEBREW STATES: "THE CHILDREN OF GOD MARRIED THE DAUGHTERS OF MEN" WHICH IMPLIES THAT MEN ARE CHILDREN OF GOD (ADAM CAME FROM GOD) AND WOMEN ARE DAUHTERS OF MEN (EVE WAS TAKEN FROM ADAM WHILE ADAM CAME FROM GOD).

The MP3 format compacts the Bible onto only six discs. Each chapter has its own track making it very easy to access verses quickly especially on a computer with Windows Media Player or the like. The fast pace of the narration can be hard to follow for those learning Spanish. However, I can think of no better way to immerse into the Spanish language. This CD is a joy to listen to.
